- Science is a methodology for investigating how the world behaves. To try and create models to make predictions of future experiments and observations.
- Hans-Georg Lundahl
- OK, what future predictions and observations do you make from Evolutionism, Matthew Hunt?
One I would make is, if you find fossils at the level of one geological period, and dig straight down, you will find fossils of an earlier one.
For marine faunas, this would with some limitations also be a prediction from creationism.
So, the decisive one would be land faunas, too big to be transported by flood water without dismembring.
See, for these Creation with Flood geology mainly would argue (excepting carbon datable strata posterior to 40 000 BP, like younger Dryas) one single layer. Its fauna would have been determined not by time periods, but by biotope. You don't find dimetrodons and triceratopsians in same layer (Permian / Triassic vs Cretaceous), but you also don't find lions and moose in the same biotope today.
Guess who has taken a look at what we do find?
- Matthew Hunt
- Hans-Georg, you realise I don't trust you right? I don't trust you not to publish this on your blog. You are an incredibly dishonest person.
- Hans-Georg Lundahl
- It's not at all incredibly dishonest, since I tell you beforehand.
It is at least somewhat dishonest on your part, not argue under this pretext, and then pretend you would actually have an argument against me.
It would obviously also be dishonest of you to have an argument but forbid me to publish it on my blog.
- Matthew Hunt
- Hans-Georg, you do it without permission. Never forget that.
I refuse to debate with you for the reason I have stated.
- Hans-Georg Lundahl
- Not giving permission is intellectually dishonest on your part.
Waiting for your permission would have been journalistically dishonest on my part.
A thought is your private property by natural law, so are your personal secrets if legitimately such. Words on subjects held in common by many adressed to others ... you have a right in honour to be credited to your words, which I do. Authors getting a monopoly for royalties is an addition and originally it was a fairly short monopoly, back when this arrangement was really a royal privilege, hence the name.
YOUR take would have made impossible to write the Gospels without Pharisees giving their consent to use their words, YOUR take would have required Plato to get permission from not just Eutyphro but even Gorgias who didn't make a very impressive performance and who would therefore have had similar motives to you to refuse one.
Oh, if you meant economic dishonesty - I am not monetising the blog, and if someone uses my permission to publish (given in terms not excluding yourself) I have recommended them to check with you - especially so you get your fair share of voluntary royalties (well, in your case you could even make them contractual, unless you prefer the edition venture yourself).
But asking me to respect a kind of Masonic or quasi-Masonic omertà about your debating a thing you otherwise pretend there is no debate on .... get a drink and get over it, I am not respecting that!
- Matthew Hunt
- Hans-Georg, then we won't debate. I will continue to point out your dishonesty...
My requirements aren't stringent at all.
- Hans-Georg Lundahl
- Perhaps not stringent - just the absolutely wrong ones.
Anyway, I answered your input on this thread.
- Matthew Hunt
- [laugh emoticon]
You showed nothing but ignorance...
- Hans-Georg Lundahl
- Oh, I asked you to guess who had checked and just so OUR readers don't miss it, here is the beef:
Creation vs Evolution : Archaeology vs Vertabrate Palaeontology in Geology
http://creavsevolu.blogspot.com/2016/06/archaeology-vs-vertabrate-palaeontology.html
You have shown you consider banter a valid substitute for argument AND that this is NOT so if someone agrees to keep the argumentation debate a quasi-Masonic secret.
You have shown inconsistency.
One more, since I mentioned marine biotopes being different:

- Hans-Georg Lundahl
- Enjoy, you seem to need it!

- Adam Kukoleck - I hope you are not as squeamish as Matthew Hunt ...

- Matthew Hunt
- He is most likely not is dishonest as you...
- Hans-Georg Lundahl
- If ever I am beaten up, unconscious and wake up in an appartment to a very English male voice telling me I am very or incredibly dishonest, I hope I'll guess it's you.
One of the few things which can be gleaned from Matthew Hunt's wall for a total stranger is, he made a profile pic on 18th Nov 2015 featuring himself as angry within a French flag. In other words, he was a man concerned with the 13th Nov 2015 terrorist attacks, like the shooting in Bataclan. Some of those so concerned feel, they need to target not just Muslim Terrorism, but also Muslim Fundamentalism and in order not to be anti-Muslim, ultimately any Fundamentalism. Jihadism and Salafism may overlap but are not the same thing, and "White Power" (classic type) like recent shooter in Pittsburgh or Breivik and Young Earth Creationism do NOT even overlap./HGL
